Earth Day 2024 

Scenes from Earth Day 2023

Thank you to the more than three dozen volunteers who joined Capitol View Park’s 2023 Earth Day Clean Up. 

Community members removed trash in the creek behind the legacy open space and along Capitol View Avenue. 

The CVPCA once again partnered with Montgomery County, which picked up the trash collected. 

Volunteers enjoyed coffee and donuts supplied by the CVPCA, which also distributed native plant seeds.
